Richard Morris – Director

Richard Morris has worked in the building and construction industry since 2005. Morris has a strong repertoire managing high profile commercial fit-outs, boutique refurbishments, intricate medical projects, and state-of-the-art retailand hospitality projects. He’s held project and construction managementpositions at Built Vic Pty Ltd, Renascent Constructions Vic and Grill’d HealthyBurgers, with work valued between $500,000 and $150 million. Landmark projects included Melbourne Airport, Southern Cross Station, ATO Melbourne Docklands, 109 Clarendon Street, Crown Casino, Melbourne Central, 600 Bourke St, Essendon Fields, Westfield centres, Vicinity Centres and Hobart GPO.
